This is a collection of dozens of court rulings in vexatious cases that, over the years in Norway, formed a structured pattern aimed at steering legal procedures within the Norwegian system ultimately ending without any result, despite sustained attempts by a cross border smuggling network to manipulate the law and the judiciary. Members of this network in Norway were able to secure support and protection through personal relationships within the Fredrikstad and Oslo police, enabling repeated use of legal processes to advance their narrative.

This exhibition documents a series of fabricated cases brought by individuals connected to illegal activities, all of which were rejected by the courts.
The files represent a portion of the available material and highlight more than 27 cases designed to exploit the legal system, involving certain elements within the police in Oslo and Fredrikstad to gain protection or unlawful advantages.
What is presented here illustrates a recurring pattern of false claims and abuse of the legal system, none of which succeeded in court.
